2. Account Registration & Security
Registering for an account on rtally requires you to provide accurate and complete information. Each user may operate only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited, and any such violation will result in all associated accounts and balances being permanently forfeited. Any changes to the information provided at registration must be reported to rtally promptly.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing account access with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account or a security breach, contact our support team immediately.
Rtally will never ask for your password via email or phone. Stay alert to phishing attempts and fraudulent communications, and report any such incidents to our support team. We recommend changing your password regularly to keep your account secure.
A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for account verification (KYC). If verification is not completed within the specified timeframe, withdrawal access may be temporarily suspended. This process is fully secure and handled in accordance with our data protection policy.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
By using the rtally platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any attempt to cheat, defraud, manipulate software, or gain an unfair advantage on the platform is strictly prohibited. Fraudulent activity targeting other users may result in legal action.
Prohibited activities include: using bots or automated software, money laundering or illegal transactions, operating an account under another person's identity, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, and attempting to circumvent the platform's security systems. Any such activity will result in immediate account closure.
Offensive, abusive, or harassing behavior of any kind will not be tolerated on the platform. Disrespectful conduct toward other players or rtally staff may result in temporary or permanent account suspension. Maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users is a priority for rtally.
If there is any suspicion of game result manipulation, rtally reserves the right to conduct an independent investigation and temporarily hold the funds involved. A final decision will be made based on the outcome of the investigation, and the user will be notified accordingly.
4. Payment & Transaction Information (BDT)
All transactions on rtally are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Locally popular payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels.
Minimum deposit amounts and maximum daily limits may apply and are subject to change in line with the platform's current policy. Users will have no claim or right to compensation in such circumstances.
Wins and losses are a natural part of gaming, and rtally is not liable for any financial losses resulting from game outcomes. Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting this content without prior authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Game content available on the platform is protected by the intellectual property rights of third-party game providers. These games are operated on the rtally platform under the respective providers' licenses, and their content rights are governed by the providers' own terms.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed on the platform, please contact us in writing. After verification, we will take prompt action and remove the infringing content.
7. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Rtally reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This action is typically taken in cases of Terms violations, suspicious activity, fraud, or security risks. Where possible, users will be notified via email regarding the reason for the suspension.
The process of returning any valid balance after an account is closed depends on the outcome of rtally's investigation. rtally reserves the right to forfeit balances where a breach of Terms or fraudulent activity has been established. In cases where an account was closed due to a purely technical issue, any valid balance will be returned.
Users may also request to close their own account. Upon voluntary closure, any withdrawable balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules. Self-exclusion and temporary break options are also available on our platform as part of our responsible gaming commitment.
To reactivate a closed account, please contact our support team. rtally will review the request following the necessary verification. However, in cases of serious Terms violations, reactivation may be denied and the user may also be barred from opening a new account in the future.
8. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between the parties will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. A delay or failure to enforce any provision shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision.
